It's just a moment's drive from our front door, and Sundara guests are afforded the Wilderness Resort's preferred guest rate. Our Front Desk will gladly assist with tee times. Our Spa Boutique includes a stunning selection of skin and hair care products, apparel, music and books. Featured in the boutique is the full collection of Sundara Spa signature products, drawing ingredients indigenous to the area.

Fitness Activities

Benefits of incorporating fitness in everyday life are undeniable. At Sundara, whether your preference tends towards indoors or outdoors, there is an abundance of opportunity to enjoy physical activity.

Our infinity edge pool is heated year-round. Guests may choose a vigorous swim in this full-length pool, or enjoy hydro-massage in the pool's extra-deep inlets.

In the winter, silent snow sports allow for a peaceful workout. Bring snowshoes or pack cross country skis to enjoy a fresh blanket of glistening snow on the property's woodlands and the gentle slopes of the adjacent golf course.

We've added bikes to our list of amenities, with new men's and women's multi-speed mountain bikes, with a splash of Sundara red we might add, parked right outside the front door.  We'll supply the helmets too.  Take an eco-friendly spin in the green countryside, then return for a dip in our crystal blue pool.  Bike rentals are available on a first-come first-served basis for $10 for 4 hours and $25 for a full day, and are available from 7am until dusk.   

We offer 60-minute Hatha Yoga classes most days of the week. Learn Asanas and proper yoga technique to attain physical and energy balance. Class size is limited to six at a cost of $40 per person for a 60-minute session. You may also enjoy one-on-one yoga instruction in the privacy of your guest suite. A 60-minute session is available by reservation for $65.

A fitness studio with a full range of equipment is available for use by all guests.  It is located off-site, just minutes away, and we will provide transportation and a key card for entry.  Just let the front desk know when you'd like to make time for your exercise regime.

Additionally, there are three state parks close by that offer incredible opportunities for outdoor recreation. Visitors to Devil's Lake State Park can swim in the spring-fed lake or hike the Ice Age National Scenic Trail. Rocky Arbor State Park offers scenic and secluded hiking or biking among the pine trees and sandstone bluffs. Mirror Lake State Park beckons those who enjoy canoeing and hiking.

Sundara Spa Gift Cards may be purchased for any dollar amount exceeding $25. Value may be added to the card at any time. The value of the card expires 12 months following card activation.

To use, present the gift card at Sundara to pay for accommodations, services, cuisine and products.

Sundara Spa Gift Cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash value. Gratuities are the responsibility of the bearer. If lost or stolen, card may not be replaced. Card is subject to the conditions of the Sundara Spa, LLC gift card program.
