A credit card and deposit, equivalent to one night of your stay, is taken at the time of reservation. For the villa, a security deposit will be taken at check-in and refunded after check-out.

All rates based on double occupancy. In the suites, each extra person is $30. In the villa, each extra person is $50.

Sundara's spa services are especially pampering and particularly sought-after. We recommend making spa appointments at the time of your suite reservation, rather than waiting until you arrive, or a minimum of 6-8 weeks in advance for the best availability.
Sundara is not responsible for lost personal items, including jewelry.
For the peace, tranquility and mental well-being of our guests, we respectfully request that cellular and mobile devices be left in your overnight suite or spa locker. These devices are prohibited in all public spaces of the resort.
Due to the tranquil environment at Sundara, all guests are asked to uphold our Peace and Quiet policies and abide by posted signs in all areas. This policy is strictly enforced for the enjoyment of all guests.
The entire 26 acres of Sundara property, indoors and outdoors, are a non-smoking environment. This policy is strictly enforced. The policy also prohibits the use of candles and any open flames in guest accommodations, including balconies and verandas.
Cameras and other recording devices, as well as personal food and beverages, are not allowed at Sundara other than in the privacy of your suite.
Since Sundara Inn & Spa is designed for adult use, overnight guests must be 18 years or older.
Pets are not allowed.
We've looked after the details of your stay so that you may relax from the moment you arrive. For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added to all Spa and Salon services and Yoga sessions. No additional gratuities are expected. However, should this amount not reflect the amount you would like to provide as a gratuity for your service, simply indicate such at check-out and our front desk staff will happily make any adjustments you request. Please arrive a minimum of one hour before your scheduled appointment to allow ample time to check in, change, experience the Purifying Bath Ritual treatment, and to relax. Please be ready in the Relaxation Lounge five minutes before your therapist meets you for your scheduled appointment.
In order to provide the highest level of personalized service some spa and salon services include time for a consultation with your spa therapist. This consultation is part of the service time and allows the therapist to customize products to your specific skin type and to discuss any other important details or preferences. This will enable us to plan for your best comfort.
