meeting set upWe offer three distinct styles of meeting space - a private villa, an executive boardroom and Wild Rock Golf Clubhouse.

Our private villa may be set to accommodate meetings for up to 14 people.  There is complimentary wi-fi access and AV equipment is available for rental.  This space, designed with sustainable building practices and serenely appointed, includes a large table, two private restrooms, full kitchen, a wrap-around outdoor veranda ideal for breaks, and inspiring views of the adjacent Wild Rock championship golf course.

Our executive boardroom is located in the main spa resort building.  It's a quiet, distraction-free space with an opaque curved-glass wall on one side to let in ambient light and space on another wall for PowerPoint set-up.  The table accommodates ten comfortably.

Sundara is perfect for mixing business with pleasure.  We understand that golf is the perfect complement to a hard day of work in the boardroom and that is why we also offer meeting facilities at the adjacent Wild Rock Golf Club.  The space can be broken out into a variety of different meeting spaces.  The facility also has an outdoor patio which is ideal for pre or post-golf receptions tied to meeting events.  The golf clubhouse seats up to 170 banquet style and is 4,392 square feet.

We invite you to enjoy our many spa amenities, including the Purifying Bath Ritual, Relaxation Lounge, off-site fitness studio and heated outdoor infinity pool.  We'd be pleased to assist with reservations for spa services or tee times for golf.

For those spending the night, our accommodations are large, elegantly appointed, and just a short walk from your meeting location.  There is a complimentary spa breakfast buffet for all overnight guests.  Should you choose to partake of one of the area's fine supper clubs for your evening dining, we offer complimentary town car service, a larger shuttle is available for a nominal fee.
