Reservations

In order to enjoy the best selection of spa treatments and services we highly recommend you make reservations at least three weeks in advance. To schedule your treatments, please call 888.735.8181 and ask for spa reservations. At that time, youšll be asked to supply a major credit card to guarantee your reservation. Should you have a preference as to a male or female therapist, please let us know at time of reservation; if no preference is stated, we will schedule you with any one of our highly trained therapists.

Cancellations

If you must cancel or change your spa appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time in order to avoid being charged for 50% of the treatment's value. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to a scheduled treatment will be charged in full. No shows will also be charged in full. Same-day spa appointments are non-cancelable and are charged at full value regardless of appearance. Please note that if you arrive late for your treatment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.

We recommend arriving at least one hour prior to your appointment so that you may enjoy the Purifying Bath Ritual. Feel free to spend as much or as little time as you wish enjoying the spa before and after your treatments.

Satisfaction

Should your Sundara spa experience fall short of any expectations, our staff will be more than happy to assist in addressing your concerns.

Restrictions

Since Sundara Inn & Spa is designed for adult use, guests must be 18 years or older please.

For the peace, quiet and mental well-being of our guests we respectfully request that you leave pagers and cell phones turned off.

The entire 26 acres of Sundara property, indoors and outdoors, are a non-smoking environment. This policy is strictly enforced. The policy also prohibits the use of candles and any open flames in guest accommodations, including balconies and verandas.

To ensure our guests' privacy, cameras and other recording devices, as well as personal food and beverages, are not allowed at Sundara other than in the privacy of your guestroom. Also, pets are not allowed.

Sundara is not responsible for lost personal items, including jewelry.
