COVID‐19 Update

Sundara Inn & Spa will be extending our temporary closure through May 27th and we will reopen Thursday May 28th.

Due to COVID -19 restrictions all Sundara retail sales are final. We will not be able to accept any returns nor process refunds. We thank you for your understanding.

Below is our cancellation outline to let you know when you should expect to see your full refund on your original form of payment. Please be patient as the Wisconsin Safer at Home order has put a strain on our call center and our ability to do refunds in a mass manner. You will receive a cancellation notice via email, and do not need to call.

We will begin the process of canceling and refunding reservations automatically through this new closure date. Rest assured all deposits will be returned and no cancellations fees will charged for those reservations affected by the closure.

Sundara Inn and Spa PLANNED REOPENING May 28th

We’re delighted to announce Sundara Inn and Spa will be officially reopening May 28th.

Sundara has always held the comfort and safety of our guests and staff in the highest regard. In light of COVID-19 we have taken a number of additional steps to ensure that those at our properties are able to spa and work in a clean and enjoyable environment. PHYSICAL DISTANCING

Guests will be asked to gather in groups of 10 people or less and to remain at least 6 feet apart from other groups of guests while on property. Signage and other markers have been placed throughout the resort to remind and reinforce the need for social distancing.

Our resort understands you may have concerns regarding your upcoming reservation or you need reassurance in booking a new reservation. If you have an upcoming reservation and wish to rebook, we can apply your paid deposit to a future stay*. In addition, and through the remainder of 2020, if you need to cancel for any reason we. *New Rates may apply to new dates.
