So many of us carry the effects of stress in our back, shoulders and head. This relaxing treatment specifically addresses those areas, making stress a distant memory. It begins with an exfoliation of the back and shoulders, followed by an application of moisturizer. The face is addressed next, with an invigorating cleanser, facial exfoliation and foot massage, mask, soothing facial massage and application of moisturizer.

A naturally healing facial customized to your skin care needs, whether that’s premature aging, sun damage, sensitive skin or combination skin. Organic ingredients rich in whole plants and cold-pressed seed oils deliver an immediate glow.
The 80-minute version includes a back exfoliation and extractions (as needed), as well as more time for facial massage and a deeply penetrating healing mask. The dermaflash exfoliation technique is included if appropriate, in the 50-minute version extractions may be substituted.

Heated river stones are used during the facial massage to diffuse heat deep into the facial muscles, allowing for greater penetration of moisturizers and serums. Skin is exfoliated, extractions done as necessary, and moisturizing masks applied. Heated river stones are also used to soothe hands, arms, feet and legs.
Cool stones are then used on the face to reduce inflammation and redness. Eye cream and lip salve are applied as the final step. Dermaflash exfoliation is included in this service if appropriate.

This treatment will relax the mind, body and spirit while offering great benefits for the scalp. This service uses the Moroccan Oil Scalp treatment to target oily scalp or dry scalp, it is an argon oil treatment with vitamin E and antioxidants to help nourish the scalp, leaving the hair conditioned and shiny without feeling too heavy.
This treatment includes a relaxing and hydrating scalp treatment with a back exfoliation and hydration. A scalp massager will help stimulate while warm oil will be applied to hydrate. A warm towel wrap will help open pores to allow for better penetration of the products. A relaxing hand and arm treatment will complete this service leaving you feeling relaxed and your scalp hydrated and rejuvenated.

Handed down through countless generations, the eastern practice of a “loving touch” is translated in Sundara’s very own upper body massage. The focus of this treatment is the back, shoulders, face, neck and scalp – areas of the body where we all tend to carry stress.

The ancient practice of applying pressure to “reflex” points on the feet to address overall health is brought to you with this service. Following a polishing scrub, pressure is applied to points in the feet said to correspond to organs in the body. This practice is also designed to affect the subtle energy pathways of the feet to promote well-being.
