Discover the calming and transformative practice of Mandala Art. Creating mandalas can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while encouraging relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional expression. This meditative process supports greater balance and mental well-being.
In this class, we’ll combine mandala creation with the power of intention through the Law of Attraction. Each participant will color a mandala infused with a personal wish, engaging all six senses vision, hearing, smell, touch, taste, and intuition to awaken and amplify the energy of that intention.

Sundara Sound Bath is a meditative experience where you will be “bathed” in sound waves from our 7 Crystal Chakra Singing Bowls.

Calm and peaceful sound healing therapy Yin yoga uses singing bowls to tune up your Chakras energy. Starting with the Root Chakra and moving through each, up to the Crown Chakra.
Each of the seven Chakra poses is harmonized with the color and tone of the bowl to enhance your Chakras energy.
Through guided meditation, while lounging in a soft slipper chair, move into a deep state of relaxed conscious awareness, known as “yogic sleep”. No movement or activity is needed.
Like meditation, but yet it’s not. With yoga nidra, you are lying down and the goal is to move into a deep state of conscious awareness sleep, which is a deeper state of relaxation with awareness. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that is also known as “yogic sleep.” Yoga Nidra is usually practiced lying down and is a guided class. No movement or activity is needed.

Chanting involves rhythmic, repetitive singing or speaking of sounds and phrases either vocally or mentally. Chanting engages the physical and the mental aspects of our lives – through Voice. Voice is a powerful medium, by which one can inspire, lift the soul and empower others.
In this wellness class we will explore Mantras that will connect us to our hearts, such as the mantra of Forgiveness, Healing, Peace, Gratitude, and Compassion.
Moving meditation is a meditative state – a shift of consciousness – while doing slow, controlled, simple movements similar to Tai Chi. It is a way of calming the mind and creating awareness, and providing a path to contemplation. Open to all levels.
