This class is designed to support and boost your immunity system. It’s not a high-intensity practice – it’s a healing, nurturing, and calming yoga flow. The poses encourage relaxation, reduce stress, and facilitate circulation throughout your whole body. While yoga as a whole supports optimal wellness in our minds and bodies, there are certain yoga poses for immunity that can help if you’re feeling stress, depletion, fatigue, or simply looking for a healthy dose of prevention.
This class will help you stretch and strengthen muscles that support back and spine, which helps reduce muscular tension, increase flexibility in your hip and spine, and reduce lower back pain. Regular practice will help to improve your mobility, balance and bone strength. Along with a series of poses and continuous focus on proper breathing you also will improve the emotional aspect of back pain by helping to lower stress and alleviate anxiety and depression.
Sundara Sound Bath is a meditative experience where you will be “bathed” in sound waves from our 7 Crystal Chakra Singing Bowls.
A sound bath creates a state of harmony by using sound to clear discordance from your energy fields. Among the benefits are relaxation, an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness, and possible access to an inner visionary experience.

Calm and peaceful sound healing therapy Yin yoga uses singing bowls to tune up your Chakras energy. Starting with the Root Chakra and moving through each, up to the Crown Chakra.
Each of the seven Chakra poses is harmonized with the color and tone of the bowl to enhance your Chakras energy.
We focus mainly on the chakra system located along the spine. The instructor will explain the chakra & how it can inspire you in your daily life to live with more self-awareness and harmony.
