Guest Experience

• Perform all guest services in a cordial, efficient and professional manner, at all times maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction
• Create an atmosphere of tranquility, nurturing and healing, allowing guests to relax and immerse themselves in the experience
• Communicate the benefits of the products and menu of services and answer guest questions, using each as a teaching moment
• Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with management and fellow employees (both within the department and in other departments), to achieve our common goals of maximizing guest satisfaction and profit margins
• Address guest concerns in a thoughtful and gracious manner, even under pressure
• Approach your work with an eye toward continuous improvement

 

Spa Service and Operations

• Perform all services within your licensing, according to the written protocols and to the exclusive standards of the Sundara Inn & Spa
• Continue to gain knowledge in your profession
• Participate in all training and attend all team meetings, contributing positive ideas at every opportunity
• Adhere to all standard policies and procedures
• Report to work on time, in proper attire, impeccably groomed, and “in the moment” ready to deliver exceptional guest service. Work all scheduled shifts
• Read the daily communication log to update yourself on the newest information concerning the spa and menu of services
• Communicate ideas or issues to the Lead Esti in a timely manner

Education and Experience

• Valid Wisconsin cosmetologist or aesthetics license is required
• 2-3 years of experience in a spa or upscale environment preferred

 

Availability

• Weekend and holiday availability is required
• Full Time Preferred but Part Time may be considered
• 7 hour shifts – day or night
