This role is ideal for a proven maintenance professional with hands-on experience and prior supervisory responsibility. Education and Experience

• Advanced knowledge of mechanical operations for a resort spa
• Experience with facility maintenance, HVAC and pumping equipment, boiler systems, filtration systems, electrical equipment mechanicals all other related resort and spa facility equipment
• Knowledge of drywall, plumbing, electrical and painting
• Experience training team members and keeping up-to-date on code requirements and changes
• CPO certification preferred-or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment

Professional Fit

• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Previous supervision experience is preferred
• Demonstrates a consistent work history indicating reliability
• Must adhere to all Sundara’s safety policies and general procedures
• Possess individual core values aligned with Sundara Inn & Spa

Physical Demands

• Must be able to perform strenuous, physical labor, which includes, but not limited to: team lifting over 75 pounds, bending, stooping, standing for long periods of time, reaching, kneeling, crouching, extended walking and standing
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions: snow removal and landscaping

Availability

• Must be able to work all scheduled shifts
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to be on-call for immediate maintenance needs or questions

Wage: Salary from $60,000, depending on experience

Hours: Hours will vary. Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
