Sundara Inn and Spa is currently seeking motivated and guest-experience minded Front Desk Associates. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Hospitality and Guest Services!
Responsibilities: We want employees to arrive at work every day motivated, and eliminate the things that de-motivate staff, so we’ve carefully prepared this list of responsibilities.
- Greet and register resort and spa guests and ensure superior guest service
- Provide guests tours of the facility and escort guests to locker room and salt rooms
- Book guest reservations, compute bills and pre-authorizations and collect payments
- Contact appropriate department when guests have special requests or needs
- Act as a concierge to arrange all aspects of a guest’s stay

- Be cordial, efficient, knowledgeable and professional in guest contact, at all times maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Lead with a positive outlook and pleasant personality
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- A calm demeanor, radiating calm to co-workers and guests, even during busy times
- Ability to interact with co-workers in a way that strengthens the entire organization
- Able to work with minimal supervision

Experience
- Customer Service experience is required
- Computer and Accounting Skills are required
- Knowledge of cash register functions and basic math
- Must be flexible in work scheduling
- Ability to work at least every other weekend, holidays and nights as assigned
- Ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
Starting wage: $16.00 per hour plus bonus averaging $1.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Wage: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
