Responsibilities: We want employees to arrive at work every day motivated, and eliminate the things that de-motivate staff, so we’ve carefully prepared this list of responsibilities.

• Greet and register resort and spa guests and ensure superior guest service
• Provide guests tours of the facility and escort guests to locker room and salt rooms
• Book guest reservations, compute bills and pre-authorizations and collect payments
• Contact appropriate department when guests have special requests or needs
• Act as a concierge to arrange all aspects of a guest’s stay

• Be cordial, efficient, knowledgeable and professional in guest contact, at all times maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction
• Lead with a positive outlook and pleasant personality
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Experience

• Customer Service experience is required
• Computer and Accounting Skills are required
• Knowledge of cash register functions and basic math
• Must be flexible in work scheduling
• Ability to work at least every other weekend, holidays and nights as assigned
• Ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

Starting wage: $16.00 per hour plus bonus averaging $1.50 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $17.80 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
