Responsibilities: We want employees to arrive at work every day motivated, and eliminate the things that de-motivate staff, so we’ve carefully prepared this list of responsibilities.
- Work directly with Managers to ensure proper day to day functions of the Guest Services Department and collaboration of all resort and spa departments.
- Make frequent rounds throughout property to stay alert to general property cleanliness, guest & employee safety & security and immediately address areas that need attention.
- When called upon to handle a guest complaint make every effort to resolve the problem to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Assist as necessary within the Guest Services Department (GSA, Front Desk, Bellperson and Night Audit) or takes measures to obtain additional staff to handle guest demand when needed.
- Respond to all guest or property emergency situations in a timely fashion.
- Learns and trains the ins and outs of the Sundara Way and Guest Services Departments, their processes, procedures and checklists.
- Take the necessary actions to create an atmosphere conducive to the best possible employee-employer relationship.

Physical Demands
- Must be able to regularly stand, talk, hear, sit and to reach with hands and arms.
- Must be able to frequently walk throughout a shift.
- Minimal lifting may be required from 5-10lbs regularly.

Availability
- Must be able to work all scheduled shifts
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays. Full time open availability is required
- Must be able to be on-call for immediate maintenance needs or questions
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
- A valid WI driver’s license. CPR/AED and EMR training preferred, or ability to obtain
Wage: Hourly rate from $18.00 per hour plus average $1.50 hour bonus or more
Hours: Hours will vary. Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
