Wellness Activities

Swim

Enjoy the salt water pool on our Cambrian Oasis deck as well as the indoor out door pool. (Our infinity pool will be back in the fall.)

Yoga

Yoga classes are available daily as part of our wellness programming. Enjoy a gentle yoga for all levels in our sunlit space. Aqua yoga is also available regularly in our salt water pool which is great for all skill levels.

 

Biking

Bike rentals are temporarily unavailable due to construction.
Men’s and women’s multi-speed mountain bikes with helmets are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis from 7 a.m. until dusk. Ask the front desk staff for countryside route recommendations. 

Hiking

Enjoy a guided hike on the beautiful Sundara property. Our two-mile loop offers hilly terrain tucked in our pine forest. 

 

Kayaking and S.U.P.

For water enthusiasts, we recommend kayaking and stand up paddleboarding on Mirror Lake and the calm stretches of the Wisconsin River. Recommended outfitters in the area include Vertical Illusions (Vertical Illusions) and Dells Watersports (Dells Water Sports). Sundara staff will be happy to assist with reservations.

Winter Pursuits

In the winter, bring snowshoes or pack cross country skis to enjoy a fresh blanket of glistening snow on the property’s woodlands and the gentle slopes of the adjacent golf course.
