Guided Hiking

Over the two‐mile loop on the property, you’ll learn about the natural surroundings while enjoying the mood‐boosting benefits of a brisk fitness walk. Sturdy walking shoes or sneakers required.



Gentle flow yoga is held daily to stretch your body and clear you mind. Designed for all levels.

Meditation Classes

Calm the mind, ease anxieties and bring balance to your life through guided meditation incorporating mantras and mindfulness. Open to all levels.

Aqua Yoga

This popular class allowing for low impact flow of postures is available regularly in our outdoor pool. Accessible to everyone regardless of experience level.

Chakra Meditation Trail

Seven stops corresponding to the seven chakras or energy centers in the body with meditation stops at each will guide you to good intentions for the day.

Water Walking

The outdoor saltwater pool is seasonal and ideal for water walking.

Culinary Demo

The culinary team demonstrated seasonal recipes in the demonstration kitchen adjacent to the restaurant.

Chakra Walk

This walk will take place on the meditation trail located across from the front doors. Chakras- the energy centers of the body- are the inspiration for this mindful walk through the woods.

Skin Care

Learn the basics of a healthy skincare regime from Sundara’s lead aesthetician’s. The class covers easy-to-follow at-home tips while dispelling common misperceptions about the do’s and don’ts of keeping your skin glowing and healthy.


Learn how to make Sundara Style cocktails using fresh ingredients​ and house-made syrups. 

Moving Meditation

Moving meditation is a meditative state – a shift of consciousness – while doing slow, controlled, simple movements similar to Tai Chi. It is a way of calming the mind and creating awareness and providing a path to contemplation. 

Healthy Smoothies

Get all the nutrients your body needs! This wellness class will get you started creating your own delicious smoothies by introducing combinations of nutritious ingredients to incorporate into your diet that will help you transition into a healthier lifestyle.


Seasonal Men’s and women’s multi-speed mountain bikes with helmets are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis from 7 a.m. until dusk. Ask the front desk staff for countryside route recommendations. 

Scenic Pontoon Cruise

Seasonal Our pontoon boat seats 12. See the land and water that we so love in Wisconsin Dells. Inquire at time of reservation about availability of cruises on lovely Lake Delton, a mere stone’s throw from our front entrance.

Winter Pursuits

In the winter, bring snowshoes or pack cross country skis to enjoy a fresh blanket of glistening snow on the property’s woodlands and the gentle slopes of the adjacent golf course.
