Cardio, yoga, water exercise. Where does your definition of wellness activity fall on the spectrum?

Swim

Head out to the infinity edge pool early in the morning and get in some easy laps. The pool is heated year-round. After, take advantage of the full-body hydro-massage jets in the pool’s extra-deep inlets. 

Yoga

One-on-one Hatha Yoga instruction is offered in the privacy of your suite. This 60-minute session is available by reservation for $65 for the first person. Learn Asanas and proper yoga technique to attain physical and energy balance. We can also accommodate groups up to four in our small yoga room off the main lobby at a cost of $40 per person.

Biking

Men’s and women’s multi-speed mountain bikes with helmets are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis from 7 a.m. until dusk. It’s $10 for four hours and $25 for a full day. Ask the front desk staff for countryside route recommendations.  In addition to the individual treatments, we¹ve also created spa packages, making it infinitely easy to choose a full spa experience just right for you.

HIking

There are three state parks close by that offer incredible opportunities for outdoor recreation. Visitors to Devil’s Lake State Park can swim in the spring-fed lake or hike the Ice Age National Scenic Trail. Rocky Arbor State Park and Mirror Lake State Park also offer scenic and secluded hiking among the pine trees and sandstone bluffs.

Kayaking and S.U.P.

For water enthusiasts, we recommend kayaking and stand up paddleboarding on Mirror Lake and the calm stretches of the Wisconsin River. Recommended outfitters in the area include Vertical Illusions (Vertical Illusions) and Dells Watersports (Dells Water Sports). Sundara staff will be happy to assist with reservations.

Winter Pursuits

In the winter, bring snowshoes or pack cross country skis to enjoy a fresh blanket of glistening snow on the property’s woodlands and the gentle slopes of the adjacent golf course.
