Aqua Yoga

This popular class allowing for low impact flow of postures is available regularly in our outdoor saltwater pool during the warm‐weather months. Accessible to everyone regardless of experience level.

Yoga

Gentle flow yoga is held daily in our retreat space adjacent to the fitness studio. Designed for all levels.

Guided Hiking

Over the two‐mile loop on the property, you’ll learn about the natural surroundings while enjoying the mood‐boosting benefits of a brisk fitness walk. Sturdy walking shoes or sneakers required.

 

Hammock Retreat

The ideal spot for napping or quiet contemplation with towering pines providing the scenery and the only sound being the chirping of birds.   

Chakra Meditation Trail

Seven stops corresponding to the seven chakras or energy centers in the body with meditation stops at each will guide you to good intentions for the day.

Meditation Classes

Calm the mind, ease anxieties and bring balance to your life through guided meditation incorporating mantras and mindfulness. Open to all levels.

Biking

Men’s and women’s multi-speed mountain bikes with helmets are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis from 7 a.m. until dusk. Ask the front desk staff for countryside route recommendations. 

Swim

The outdoor saltwater pool is seasonal and ideal for water walking.

Cooking and Nutrition

The culinary team is available for cooking demonstrations and nutrition classes in the demonstration kitchen adjacent to the restaurant. Ask at time of booking.

Scenic Pontoon Cruise

Our pontoon boat seats 12. See the land and water that we so love in Wisconsin Dells. Inquire at time of reservation about availability of cruises on lovely Lake Delton, a mere stone’s throw from our front entrance.

Circuit Training

Up the intensity in this class which uses weights and allows for minimal rest.

Mat Pilates

Stretch and strengthen your core through a series of exercises performed equipment-free with moves adapted to work just your body. Floor mat provides cushioning support. Think of a strong core as the foundation for good health.

Boot Camp

This full‐body workout is ideal for those looking for a calorie‐burning session.

Winter Pursuits

In the winter, bring snowshoes or pack cross country skis to enjoy a fresh blanket of glistening snow on the property’s woodlands and the gentle slopes of the adjacent golf course.

Outfitters for Paddling Excursions

We partner with several outfitters in the area who are as passionate as we are about the natural beauty of Wisconsin Dells and the restorative benefits of being in nature. Inquire in advance.
