Sundara’s wellness cuisine has graced the pages of Travel + Leisure and Luxury SpaFinder magazines as well as city magazines around the Midwest. We source seasonally fresh ingredients from Wisconsin farms whenever possible.
The day begins with a complimentary spa breakfast, served from 7-10 a.m. in our Nava restaurant. Enjoy fresh fruits, our signature granola, organic yogurt, and fresh baked goods as well as made-to-order egg dishes and hot entrées, along with juices, tea and aromatic coffee.
The lunch menu, served 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. is light and delicious, with an emphasis on starters like our chef’s selection of Wisconsin artisanal cheeses paired with fruits, soups, salads, grilled fish and vegetarian options.
For dinner, served 5 – 9 p.m., we offer hearty and satisfying dishes like wine poached shrimp or lamb ragu. Hint: Most guests find themselves too relaxed to dine out and prefer instead to stay in their robes and dine in.
In the spirit of occasional cheat days, don’t discount dessert, with local handmade chocolates, fresh gelato and vanilla crème brulèe all appearing on the menu.
We also have all-day energizers, as we call them, with smoothie bowls a guest favorite.
On a side note, we also have a rather brilliant wine cellar, with each bottle hand-picked by our culinary staff. Finally, with moderation and enjoyment in mind, Sundara also offers a selection of very fine spirits and Wisconsin microbrews.
