Nava, sanskrit for “fresh”, serves a full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals at Sundara are a la Carte,  Nava’s full bar serves craft cocktails, beer on tap and fresh pressed juices. The adjacent patio offers outside dining and cocktail service seasonally.

Chef-prepared cuisine inspired by the farming way of life in Wisconsin, organic locally grown and sourced from a local farm Country Bumpkin.  Sundara’s wellness cuisine has graced the pages of Travel + Leisure and Luxury SpaFinder magazines as well as city magazines around the Midwest.

Spa breakfast is served from 7:30am – 10:30am at our restaurant Nava. Enjoy fresh fruits, our signature granola, organic yogurt, and fresh baked goods as well as made-to-order egg dishes and hot entrées, along with juices, tea and aromatic coffee.

The lunch menu, served 11am – 4pm is light and delicious, with an emphasis on starters like our chef’s selection of Wisconsin artisanal cheeses paired with fruits, soups, salads and sandwiches. Reservations strongly encouraged.

For dinner, served 5pm – 9pm, we offer satisfying dishes like Mahi-Mahi and Pan Vegetable Risotto. Hint: Most guests find themselves too relaxed to dine out and prefer instead to stay in their robes and dine in at Nava.

Reservations strongly encouraged.  Online Reservations.

In the spirit of occasional cheat days, don’t discount dessert, with handmade desserts, dessert cocktails or our specialty coffee cocktails.

On a side note, we also have a rather brilliant wine cellar, with each bottle hand-picked by our culinary staff. Finally, with moderation and enjoyment in mind, Sundara also offers a selection of very fine spirits and Wisconsin microbrews.

For guests with special dietary needs, simply make your request prior to arrival and we’ll make sure we have the appropriate ingredients on hand.
