Sundara Inn & Spa Bellperson provides all those unexpected touches that both our day and overnight guests love.
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented professional to welcome and register our guests while delivering exceptional guest service. In this role, you will manage guest reservations, handle billing and pre-authorizations, and process payments accurately. You will coordinate with various departments to fulfill special guest requests, provide tours of the facility, and personally escort guests to amenities such as locker rooms and salt rooms. Additionally, you will serve as a concierge, ensuring every aspect of each guest’s stay is seamless, personalized, and memorable.
