What to Reserve in Advance?

Spa Services, Wellness Activities, Dining at Nava

Even with 26 treatment rooms, the spa schedule can fill up quickly, so best to reserve your spa treatments in advance. Similarly, sign up for complimentary wellness classes and activities in advance by filling out our Wellness Activities form – we keep class sizes small to enhance the experience. Finally, a word on dining. Our Nava restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner; we accept reservations for lunch and dinner.

All these advance reservations can be made when you reserve your overnight stay or day visit, either by phone at 888.735.8181 or by filling out our online dining reservation form.

Helpful Spa Tip: Arrive at least one hour prior to any scheduled spa services to allow ample time for check-in, a tour, the Purifying Bath Ritual and quiet relaxation.

*Bring your swimming suit to enjoy all the indoor and outdoor pools and hot soaks while our guest. With the add on of a daily usage purchase, spa day guests may all the spa amenities for the entire day.

Sundara is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, including jewelry and bathing suits. Please note that per state codes, our pools are chlorinated. Chlorine may bleach or fade swimwear. Not all suits are suitable for chlorine use. Please review your suit’s tag.

We strive to honor our overnight guests with the most calm and accommodating atmosphere possible. To that end, we require day guests to reserve a minimum of two services on Saturdays and any peak dates listed below, while still enjoying access to our spa amenities. 
Peak Periods for 2024: 
All Saturdays; 
Monday, February 19th; Friday, March 29th; Monday, May 27th; Wednesday, June 19th; Monday, September 2nd, Monday, October 14th; Thursday, December 26th; Friday, December 27th; Saturday, December 28th; Sunday, December 29th; Monday, December 30th; Tuesday, December 31st.

Wellness Passport Member Day Passes are excluded from on above dates, unless in used in conjunction with a spa service.

What to Expect at Check-in: Paperwork and Pre-Authorization

ALL GUESTS MUST BRING WITH THEM THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE DEPOSIT TAKEN AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION. THE CARD MUST BE ISSUED IN THE REGISTERED GUEST’S NAME AND ALL GUESTS MUST SHOW PHOTO ID UPON ARRIVAL. 

Once you’ve arrived at Sundara, you’ll be eager to immerse yourself in the spa experience. Let’s get you through check-in quickly. Be prepared to present your ID, credit card and any gift cards or vouchers upon check-in.

Of Special Note: Credit card pre-authorization is required at time of check-in. The amount pre-authorized is an estimate of your total charges and a $100 per person/per day for overnight guests and $50 per person per day for day guests. This is done to cover expected charges. 

To expedite check-in, we invite you to print and complete the form below. Then all you have to do is hand them to the front desk staff at check-in. Easy!

Did You Know: Sundara is electronics-free in all the common areas for the tranquility of all of our guests. 

Finding Your Way Around: Welcome Tour and Map

Tours are available for registered guests (not available to the public) on the quarter and 3/4 quarter of the hour. Here’s a link to the map to give you an advance lay of the land.

Last but Not Least: Policies and Statutes

Carry-ins are not allowed in common areas of the spa; this includes water bottles. Water stations are spaced throughout the common areas of Sundara.
